"I have always been fascinated by music and the years back, I had faced difficulties finding the right shops for the instrument and its parts and finding the right information on its maintenance. It was also a hassle finding the right teacher, keeping in mind the location, fees, frequency and flexibility of classes. When I got a bit advanced in my guitar skills, and tried to play a certain piece of music arrangement, I struggled to find the right guidance in the advanced level. Information and videos were available on the internet, but they were often haphazard and it required a substantial time investment to collect all the information and resources from various sites. I realized that the instrument community needs a single platform, where irrespective of age or experience level, they can find guidance on what and where to buy/hire, how to maintain, where to learn, and conversely, also, where to sell/ rent out instruments and how to get students. My association with professional musicians and their encouragement pushed me to start building that kind of a community. They will be able to read and write blogs, watch and post both tutorial and non-tutorial videos, find a comprehensive instruments directory focused on Kolkata (my homecity) and publish advertisements as well. I have dreams to make this platform bigger, better and smarter, but join us while we start small, stay with us from the beginning !!"
